Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
We take full responsibility for your products while they are in our care. Once your order is transferred to the delivery service, responsibility shifts to them. For added security, we offer Route Shipping Protection, which covers your package in case it is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery. Simply add Route to your order for peace of mind.
Return Policy
- Order Cancellation : You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
- Returns : If you wish to return your order, you have 72 hours after delivery to initiate a return. Returned hair must be in its original condition, with zip ties intact. Refunds will not be issued for hair that has already been installed.
