Processing takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times depend on your location and selected delivery method. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery if the hair is in its original condition with zip ties intact. Hair that has been installed or altered in any way cannot be returned.
